DELIVERY POLICY

At Hello Grocery, we strive to provide reliable and efficient delivery services to our customers. Please read our Delivery Policy carefully to understand our procedures and guidelines.

Delivery Areas and Timeframe:

We deliver all items to most parts of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) through our Hello Grocery delivery personnel. For areas outside the GTA, we will soon start delivery of non-perishable items throughout Canada via Canada Post. To check if we deliver to your area, please refer to our delivery coverage information.
The standard delivery period is 1-3 business days from the placement of a confirmed order. This applies from Monday to Sunday.
We practice contactless delivery to ensure the safety of our customers and delivery personnel. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep, and it is your responsibility to collect the order from there.
For orders delivered to apartments or condo buildings, our drivers will leave the order in the lobby area. This measure ensures the safety of our drivers and customers.
For frozen items, we recommend that you promptly transfer the products to your freezer upon delivery. It is your responsibility to collect, sort, and store the frozen items appropriately.
Our delivery driver will contact you by call and/or text once the products have been delivered to your doorstep or as per any specific reasonable delivery instructions provided to us.

Delivery & Service Fee

To determine the delivery charges for your address, please enter your address in the checkout page.
The minimum cart value for an order is CAD 30.
For orders weighing less than 30 kg, a service fee of CAD 1.99 applies. For orders weighing 30 kg or more, the service fee is CAD 3.99. This fee helps cover our operational and packaging costs.

D-Day by GTA Area (To be launched soon)

We have designated delivery days, known as D-Days, for specific locations within the GTA. To benefit from discounted delivery charges, place your order to be delivered on the respective D-Day for your area.

Here is the schedule of D-Days by location:

Monday: Toronto, East York
Tuesday: Etobicoke, Mississauga
Wednesday: Aurora, Cedar Valley, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond, Concord, Brampton, Caledon
Thursday: Scarborough, North York
Friday: Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa
Saturday: Oshawa, Whitby, Bowmanville
Sunday: Burlington, Georgetown, Milton, Oakville, Hamilton

Please note that we deliver throughout the GTA on all seven days. The mentioned D-Day wise locations are only for discounted delivery charges.

Delivery Charges throughout Canada (Other than GTA – To be launched soon):

For delivery to locations outside the GTA, we have partnered with Canada Post as our courier partner.
Shipping prices will be automatically calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your cart.
